Apple Standard EULA) by reference. In the event of a conflict between these terms and the Standard EULA, these terms shall prevail.

By downloading or using Realistic AI Baby Generator, you agree to be bound by these terms. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the application or its underlying models.
Acceptable Use & Zero-Tolerance Policy
To ensure a safe environment, we enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content. You warrant that you will not upload or attempt to generate content that is:
- Sexually Explicit: Including any suggestive, nudity, or adult imagery.
- Harmful to Minors: Any content that endangers or exploits minors in any way.
- Hateful or Harassing: Content promoting violence, hate speech, or defamation.
- Infringing: Photos of individuals for which you do not possess consent or lawful rights.
Enforcement: We employ automated safety filters and review systems. Any account attempting to generate illicit or harmful content will be permanently terminated without refund.
AI Prediction & Output Disclaimer
- Entertainment & Curiosity: Generated baby portraits are simulated artistic predictions based on deep learning and facial geometry. They do not constitute certified genetic counseling or biological guarantees.
- Ownership: You retain ownership of the generated outputs for your personal, non-commercial use.
In-App Purchases & Consumable Credits
- Credits are purchased securely through Apple In-App Purchases and are consumed when generation passes are executed.
- Credit refunds on generation failures are managed automatically via our server verification pipeline or through Apple Support.
