Important Note: This agreement incorporates the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA") by reference. In the event of a conflict between these terms and the Standard EULA, these terms shall prevail.

Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using Realistic AI Baby Generator, these terms will automatically apply to you. You are not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.

Acceptable Use & Zero-Tolerance Policy

To maintain a safe environment for all users, we maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable content. You represent and warrant that you will not use the app to upload, generate, or share any content that is:

Sexually Explicit: Including pornography or highly suggestive material.
Hateful or Discriminatory: Content that promotes violence, incites hatred, or discriminates based on race, religion, sexual orientation, or gender.
Harmful to Minors: Including any content that exploits or endangers children.
Infringing: Content that violates the intellectual property or privacy rights of third parties.

Enforcement: We use automated filtering and manual moderation to enforce these rules. Any user found attempting to bypass these safety measures or generating prohibited content will be immediately and permanently banned from the service without a refund.

AI Content & Usage

Realistic AI Baby Generator generates digital portraits using Artificial Intelligence. You understand and agree that:

Entertainment Only: Results are for entertainment purposes only and do not reflect scientific accuracy.
Data Privacy: Photos uploaded are processed transiently to generate your result and are not used for AI training.
Personal Use: You own the specific generated output for your personal, non-commercial use.

Credits & In-App Purchases

Consumables: Credits are purchased via Apple In-App Purchases and are consumed when a generation starts.
Final Sale: All sales are final. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple.
Restoration: While credits are consumable, the "Restore Purchases" button in the app will refresh your identity and sync your remaining balance from our secure servers.

User Responsibilities

You must ensure you have the full legal right to use any photo of another person that you upload to the app.

Disclaimer of Liability

The app is provided "as is". The developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.
